In the Cathedral in Copenhagen, Denmark, there are along the walls life-sized statues of the Apostles. At the front is the magnificent Thorwolden statue of Christ. However, while the faces of the other figures can be easily seen, it is said you will not be able to look into the face of the Christ figure unless you kneel at its feet. That is where faith grows strong and hope endures: at the feet of Jesus, the Saviour of the world.
