In our day, just as in Elijah’s day, it is ultimately God who will decide and decree what shall happen on planet earth. World climate, inter-planetary movements, the shift of continental plates, and the colossal action of ocean currents are all beyond the capacity of man to manipulate. Their action is decided in the providential counsel of our God.
