There is a profound and powerful lesson for us to learn. Insidiously, many of us are succumbing to the world’s view and the false idea that our destiny lies in the hands of science and technology. We are being brainwashed to believe, just as blatantly as the Israelites were by the false prophets of Baal. We are led to believe our future depends upon the skill, expertise and manipulative powers of man. We insist that given enough men, enough money, enough hours of research and experiment, we can come up with answers to the human dilemma.
It is a dreadful delusion.
It is an atheistic deception.
In our day, just as in Elijah’s day, it is ultimately God who will decide and decree what shall happen on planet earth.
